Manchester United have reportedly not invited midfield superstar Paul Pogba to their training camp in Spain during the mid-season break.
According to the Daily Mirror, the 26-year-old will not join up with the rest of the United squad in Marbella for some warm-weather training this week.
Manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer is believed to have informed the Frenchman that he is not needed for the trip, but why the manager made that decision remains unknown.
While Pogba has not yet returned to full fitness, the report does come just days after the Real Madrid and Juventus target was said to have told the club he still wants to leave at the end of the season.

1. His full name is Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro.

2. His middle name, Ronaldo, was inspired by former United States of America president Ronald Reagan, who was said to be his father’s favourite actor.

3. Studies have reportedly shown that when he jumps in the air to challenge for a header, he generates five times more power than a cheetah in full flight.

4. When Ronaldo was 15 years old, he had to undergo surgery for a racing heartbeat.

5. Ronaldo does not have any tattoos on his body because he donates blood regularly.

6. Ronaldo is the first person in the world to reach 200 million followers on Instagram.

7. Ronaldo is believed to earn about $47 million (R692 million) a year from his Instagram posts.

8. Ronaldo was reportedly expelled from school at the age of 14 for throwing a chair at a teacher, whom he claims disrespected him.

9. Before he signed for Manchester United in 2003, he almost joined rivals Liverpool, but the deal fell through as the Reds were going through financial issues.

10. Ronaldo still holds the record for having the most spectators witness his presentation. The Portuguese was unveiled at Real Madrid in 2009 in front of 80 000 people.
The former Bianconeri man has made just eight appearances across all competitions for the Red Devils in this campaign, providing the assist for two goals along the way.
With United having signed Bruno Fernandes, and still said to be chasing a number of midfield targets, many believe Pogba's days in England are numbered.
