The Red Devils are seventh in the league table after winning just three of their opening 10 matches of the campaign, but had cause for celebration after beating Norwich 3-1 courtesy of goals from Scott McTominay, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.
McTominay's opening strike also saw United set an all-time Premier League record, becoming the first team to score 2 000 league goals in the Premier League era (from 1992 to the present).

"It was a record I knew about before the game, so obviously I'm delighted to get the 2 000th goal," the Scotland international said after the match, as per the club's official website.
Mark Hughes scored United's first goal in the competition back in 1992, during a 2-1 defeat to Sheffield United, while Cristiano Ronaldo scored the club's 1 000th strike 13 years later.
