The Blaugrana are believed to be plotting their moves ahead of the 2019/20 campaign, with the club's board aware that to bring in one or two stars, they will need to sell a few players.
According to ESPN FC, Barca hope to bring in around €300 million in the next window that could help them chase the likes of Antoine Griezmann, Luka Jovic and Matthijs de Ligt.
The report claims that Philippe Coutinho, Samuel Umtiti and Ivan Rakitic could be sold, while the likes of Malcom and Jasper Cillessen have been linked with transfers away from the LaLiga leaders.
Coutinho is reportedly the player who is most likely to leave from the current crop of first-team players, with Barca feeling they can get up to €100 million (R1.5 billion) for the Brazilian.
In Umtiti's case, although he is one of the most highly-rated young centre-backs in Europe, he was believed to upset the club after rejecting the chance to have surgery on his knee earlier in the season.
