The French midfielder has endured a tumultuous three years following his departure from Manchester United in 2022. He rejoined his old side, Juventus, on a free transfer ahead of the 2022/23 season, but played just 12 times in two seasons.
His second spell in Turin was blighted by injury troubles, poor discipline and a ban that resulted in a four-year suspension. The Frenchman was able to reduce his ban to 18 months but was released by the Old Lady in November 2024.
The 32-year-old was handed a football lifeline when he joined AS Monaco as a free agent earlier this month. According to United in Focus, the details of Pogba's new deal have been revealed.
The 2018 FIFA World Cup winner signed a two-year deal worth €3.84 million (R80 million) per year, meaning the Frenchman will earn an approximate salary of €73,850 (R1.5 million) per week while with the side from the Principality.
It marks a significant salary reduction for the former Manchester United midfielder compared to his time spent with the Red Devils. As of his last season at Old Trafford in 2021/22, Pogba was earning €17.6 million (R366.9 million) per year, working out to €339,000 (R7 million) per week.

The Frenchman could have earned a more lucrative salary with a move to the MLS or Saudi Pro League but reports from CNews revealed that Pogba's desire to play for Monaco is focused on his aspiration to earn a recall to the France national team for the 2026 World Cup.
