Paris Saint-Germain Release Statement After Kylian Mbappe's Surprise Comments

Paris Saint-Germain Release Statement After Kylian Mbappe's Surprise Comments

Following Kylian Mbappe's shock admission he could seek a new challenge, Paris Saint-Germain have issued a statement to address the controversial comments.

Mbappe Sends Golden Shoe Message To Messi

The 20-year-old claimed the Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year and the Ligue 1 Player of the Year awards at the Union Nationale des Footballeurs Professionnels awards on Sunday, after which he admitted he wants more responsibility as a player.

Mbappe added that he could look for this elsewhere if he does not get it at PSG, comments that many publications have interpreted as him opening the door to a move to Real Madrid.

The storm that followed the forward's remarks was seemingly enough for the French giants to feel the rumours should be rubbished, something they appeared to do via a statement on Monday night.
