Soccer Laduma representatives were present as LaLiga joined forces with Fives Futbol in a thrilling new partnership that aims to reach thousands of football lovers daily.
LaLiga has become Fives Futbol's Official League Sponsor, as announced last week Friday at the Century City venue in Cape Town, where local musician and radio show host Chad Saaiman ran a press conference with managing director of LaLiga Southern Africa Marcos Pelegrin, Fives CEO Adam Fine and former LaLiga and Bafana Bafana defender Nasief Morris.
"This partnership with Fives Futbol is perfect for us at LaLiga, allowing us to directly take the brand to passionate footballers and fans who love and actively participate in the game," a chuffed Pelegrin said.
"We have a fantastic broadcast product for fans to enjoy LaLiga on SuperSport, but our objective is to really ensure as many people as possible get to experience and be part of LaLiga first-hand.
"This partnership with Fives allows us to do that and their exciting digital platforms allows us to interact with footballers and fans and to promote and grow the love for LaLiga in South Africa."
LaLiga will host tournaments and activities at Fives venues throughout the year and will have a strong presence to promote LaLiga fixtures and activities on Fives' unrivalled online platform that engages with the 21 000 league players, 14 000 social players, over 7 000 junior players and 8 000 spectators that interact with Fives daily.
