Alongside Jorge Mendes, who represents the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho, Raiola is regarded as one of football's most popular player representatives.
Quite a controversial figure, Raiola has become something of a household name in recent years, and not only because he works closely with many of the game's biggest personalities, including AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The Dutch-Italian agent is known to speak his mind when given the opportunity, as most recently displayed in an interview with Tuttosport, during in which he boldly stated that Pogba's time at Manchester United is coming to an end.
His comments have previously got under the skin of Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who, in February this year, was on the receiving end of some scathing remarks from Raiola. This came after the businessman did not take kindly to remarks made by the Norwegian, who said that "Paul is our player and not Mino's".
Raiola also has Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland on his books, as well as new AC Monza player Mario Balotelli, another big personality who, like Pogba, has often been accused of not applying himself as he perhaps should. Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt is also represented by the agent.
Opinion: Why Pogba Wants To Leave Man Utd
The 53-year-old is famously believed to have earned €25 million (R456 million) from Pogba's €105 million (R1.9 billion) move from the Bianconeri to United in 2016, money with which he reportedly bought one of the United States of America's most famous mob bosses Al Capone's home in Miami.
