Starting XI: Manchester United v Arsenal

Manchester United host Arsenal in yet another famous FA Cup encounter at Old Trafford on Monday night.

Red Devils boss Louis Van Gaal has made it no secret that the FA Cup is one of his side priorities, besides a top four finish in the Premier League.

Arsene Wenger will be hoping that his side can defend the title, he managed to deliver to them last season.

Both sides have participated in 18 FA Cup finals and have also both won a joint 11 finals along the way.

Manchester United have won the last 11 matches and lost just one of their last 15 matches against Arsenal in all competitions.

The Gunners and the Red Devils have drawn each other 13 times in the FA Cup with Arsenal winning six and United seven.

Manchester United have kept a clean sheet in each of their last four FA Cup games against Arsenal.

French striker Olivier Giroud has scored seven and assisted four goals in his 11 FA Cup appearances, while Wayne Rooney has scored seven goals in his last eight FA Cup matches.

The Spanish midfielder Juan Mata has scored four goals and assisted two more in five starts in all competitions against Arsenal.
