Anthony Martial struck in stoppage time to hand Manchester United a 2-1 win over Everton and secured their spot in the FA Cup final.
Everton nearly took the lead inside the opening five minutes through Romelu Lukaku, but the Belgian's effort was cleared off the line by Wayne Rooney.
United then squandered a chance to take the lead in the 12th minute, as Rooney delightfully picked out Jesse Lingard, who was thwarted by Joel Robles from six-yards out.
Anthony Martial could have handed the Red Devils in the 21st minute as he volleyed over from inside the area, after some impressive build-up play.
However, Martial made up for the earlier miss in the 34th minute, as embarked on a fine run before cutting the ball back for Marouane Fellani to turn home from six-yards out, 1-0.
Despite United's dominance, the score remained 1-0 as the sides entered the break.
However, the Toffees were awarded a penalty 10 minutes into the second half after Barkley was brought down. Lukaku stepped up and had his spot-kick saved by David De Gea.
Everton eventually drew level in the 75th minute, as Gerard Deulofeu's cross was deflected pass De Gea by United's Chris Smalling.
United pushed for a winner and they were rewarded in stoppage time, as Martial combined Ander Herrera, before calmly slotting into the far corner to send the Red Devils into the final.
