Barcelona 2-3 Eintracht Frankfurt (3-4 agg.)

Barcelona crashed out of the UEFA Europa League after suffering a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Eintracht Frankfurt in the second leg of their quarter-final.

The sides could not be separated in the first leg after playing to a 1-1 draw in Germany last week.

However, the Bundesliga side took the lead after just four minutes when Filip Kostic converted a penalty after a foul from Eric Garcia.

The lead was doubled on 36 minutes when Kostic turned provider to pick out Rafael Borre, who rifled the bal past Marc-Andre ter Stegen from close range.

Frankfurt put the game to bed just after the hour mark when Kostic completed his brace with a first-time finish from Daichi Kamada's cross.

Sergio Busquets did pull a goal back for the Catalan giants in second-half stoppage time, while Memphis Depay converted a late penalty in the nine minute of stoppge time but Frankfurt held on for the famous win.

Olympique Lyon 0-3 West Ham United (1-4 agg.)

West Ham United advanced to their first-ever Europa League semi-final with a 3-0 victory away to Olympique Lyon.

After the first leg ended 1-1 in London, Craig Dawson and Declan Rice have the Hammers a two-goal lead inside the opening 45 minutes.

Jarrod Bowen seemingly put the tie out of reach for Lyon as he bagged the Hammers third on the and fourth overall shortly after halftime.

Atalanta 0-2 RB Leipzig (1-3 agg.)

RB Leipzig advanced to the semi-final after defeating Atalanta 2-0 at the Gewiss Stadium.

After the first leg ended 1-1, Christopher Nkunku opened the scoring on 18 minutes to put Leipzig ahead on the night and in the tie.

The France international made the game safe in the 87th minute after converting a penalty to complete his brace.

Rangers 3-1 Sporting Braga (3-2 agg.)

Rangers overturned a first-leg loss to defeat Sporting Braga for a place in the semi-finals on Thursday night.

The Scottish champions trailed after the 1-0 loss last week, but James Tavernier got the hosts back on level terms with the opening goal after two minutes.

Tavernier then completed his brace from the penalty spot to make it 2-0 on the night, however David Carmo sent the game to extra-time after pulling one back for Braga in the 83rd minute.

The hosts would go on to bag the all-important third goal in the 101st minute through Kemar Roofe's strike which sealed their spot in the final four.
