Slavia Prague 1-1 Rangers

Rangers hold a slight advantage of an away goal after a 1-1 draw with Slavia Prague in the last 16 first-leg at Sinobo Stadium.

Nicolae Stanciu gave Slavia an early goal in the seventh minute but Filip Helander got the equaliser and an important away goal for the Gers nine minutes before the break.

Bafana Bafana international Bongani Zungu made a late cameo after replacing Glen Kamara in the 88th minute.

Ajax Amsterdam 3-0 Young Boys

Ajax Amsterdam have one foot in the quarter-finals after thrashing Young Boys 3-0 in the last 16 first-leg at Amsterdam Arena.

After a goalless first stanza, Davy Klaassen finally broke the deadlock for the Dutch side in the 62nd minute while Dusan Tadic and Brian Brobbey netted two late goals to seal an emphatic 3-0 win.

Dynamo Kyiv 0-2 Villarreal

Villarreal are firm favourites to reach the quarter-finals after beating Dynamo Kyiv 2-0 in the last 16 first-leg at NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium.

Pau Torres broke the deadlock for Unai Emery's charges on the half-hour mark and Raul Albiol got the second away goal seven minutes from the break.

Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 Dinamo Zagreb

Tottenham Hotspur are in control of the contest after winning the last 16 first-leg tie 2-0 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Harry Kane, one of only four players retained from their win over Crystal Palace, was the star of the show as he scored in either half to give the English side a big advantage heading into the second-leg.

Olympiakos Piraeus 1-3 Arsenal

Arsenal are on the brink of the quarter-finals after thrashing Olympiakos 3-1 in the last 16 first-leg at Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium.

Martin Odegaard broke the deadlock for the Gunners in the 34th minute and Youssef El-Arabi levelled matters for the hosts just before the hour-mark.

However, Gabriel and Mohamed Elneny netted two late goals to put Mikel Arteta's charges on the brink of a place in the quarter-finals with three away goals.

AS Roma 3-0 Shakhtar Donetsk

AS Roma are almost through to the quarter-finals after drubbing Shakhtar Donetsk 3-0 in the last 16 first-leg at Stadio Olimpico.

Lorenzo Pellegrini opened the scoring for the Italian side midway through the first stanza while Stephan El Shaarawy and Gianluca Mancini scored two late goals to give Roma a big win.

Granada 2-0 Molde

Granada increased their chances of reaching the quarter-finals after beating ten-man Molde 2-0 in the round of 16 first-leg at Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes.

Jorge Molina broke the deadlock for the Spanish side in the 26th minute before Molde were reduced to ten men in the last 19 minutes after Martin Ellingsen got a second booking.

Roberto Soldado then doubled for Granada four minutes later to put them in a good place ahead of the second-leg.
