Europa League Semi-Final Wrap

Sevilla 3-0 Fiorentina

Defending Europa League champions, Sevilla, have one foot in the final after they defeated Fiorentina 3-0 in the first leg of their semi-final tie at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán on Thursday night.

Aleix Vidal gave the Spanish outfit the lead in the 17th minute after clinically slotting into the bottom corner, before he doubled the lead in the 52nd minute.

Sevilla managed to add a third goal in the 75th minute when striker, Kevin Gamerio, turned home Vidal's low cross from close range.

Napoli 1-1 Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk 

Napoli and Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk have it all to play for in the second leg, after the two sides played out to a 1-1 draw at the Stadio San Paolo on Thursday night.

Despite Lorenzo Insigne striking the post in the first half, the match only sprung into life in the second half when Napoli midfielder, David Lopez, put his side ahead in the 50th minute, heading home Marek Hamsik's corner.

The Russian Premier League side managed to bag themselves an away goal in the 80th minute when substitute, Yevhen Seleznyov, turned home Artem Fedetskyi's cross at the back post.
