Hull City became the final team to suffer relegation to the second tier, after they lost 4-0 to Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon.
Goals from Wilfried Zaha, Christian Benteke, Luka Milivojevic and Patrick Van Aanholt sealed the Hull's fate, as they sit four points behind Swansea City with one game to go.
