English giants Manchester United have reportedly come up with a plan that could see current manager Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho working together at the club next season.
2015/16 EPL Worst Transfers XI
According to The Sun, Van Gaal is set to be offered a director of football position with the Red Devils, enabling the club to appoint Jose Mourinho as their new manager for the 2016/17 season.
The pair previously worked together during their time at FC Barcelona in the late 1990s, and could now reunite at Old Trafford.
United vice chairman Ed Woodward is trying his utmost to keep the Dutch manager at the club, believing his vast management experience gives the side an advantage over others.
