Venue: Emirates Stadium
Mikel Arteta made just two changes from loss to Paris Saint-Germain, as Ben White and Thomas Partey came in for Jurrien Timber and Mikel Merino.
While the Gunners dominated possession, it was the Cherries who created the first big chance after 26 minutes when Evanlison got on the end of Milos Kerkez's cross but sent his header over the crossbar from six yards out.
The hosts went close to pulling ahead on 30 minutes when Gabriel Martinelli raced to the byline before crossing for Leandro Trossard, who saw his header saved on the lined by goalkeeper Kepa.
Arsenal got their reward ten minutes before the halftime break as Martin Odegaard's reverse pass sent Declan Rice through on goal, with the latter rounding Kepa to fire into an empty net on his 100th appearance for the club.
However, Bournemouth came out firing in the second half and got their reward on 63 minutes when Dean Huijsen got on the end of Antoine Semenyo's long throw-in to head past Raya.
Arteta responded with a change after the equaliser as goalscorer Rice made way for Merino while Bournemouth also threw on David Brooks for Dango Ouattara.
The visitors completed the turnaround with 15 minutes left on the clock when Evanilson got the end of Marcus Tavernier's flick-on and fired into the bottom corner to silence the home crowd.
Arsenal, however, were unable to find a way back into the contest and now suffer their second defeat this week.
