Manchester City are reportedly only willing to sell Bernardo Silva to Paris Saint-Germain if a certain PSG star is included in the deal.
Various reports in Europe claim that PSG have made Silva a top priority signing ahead of the new season following the departure of Lionel Messi.

Fabrizio Romano has reported that the two clubs are in talks about the Portuguese midfielder, but City are planning to ask for a big transfer fee.
Silva has been an integral part of the Citizens' success over the last few years under Pep Guardiola, but he has previously been linked with a departure.
It is believed that the Premier League champions will ask for a £70million for the services of the Portugal international.
French publication RMC Sport have reported that PSG are trying to bring down the Citizen's asking price by offering players as part of the deal.
City are only interested in acquiring one player from PSG in Warren Zaire-Emery, who is deemed untouchable by the French club.
The 17-year-old made 31 appearances for the first team this past season and still has two years left on his current contract with the French outfit.
