Liverpool are said to be in talks with a shock manager to potentially replace the outgoing Jurgen Klopp at the end of the season.

The Reds are believed to have held discussions with Feyenoord head coach Arne Slot, whom they consider a "concrete" option to succeed Klopp.
In January, the German tactician announced he would be leaving his role at the conclusion of the current campaign after nine years in charge of the Merseyside giants.
Sporting CP's Ruben Amorim and Bayer Leverkusen's Xabi Alonso were linked with the job, but rumours suggest Slot is now the favourite to land the position at this point in time.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano claims direct conversations between the 45-year-old and Liverpool have already taken place, and that another meeting is already scheduled.
It is reported that the Dutchman is eager to take on the challenge of succeeding the enigmatic Klopp, who is expected to take a break from management after this season.
In his video announcement in January, the 56-year-old said he was running out of energy and believed it was the right time to bid farewell to the Anfield faithful.
Slot has been in charge of Feyenoord since 2021 and has overseen 144 matches for the Dutch giants, winning 93 of them and losing on just 24 occasions.

He has claimed two trophies with his current club, the Eredivisie and the KNVB Cup, and is a two-time winner of the Rinus Michels Award – an accolade handed to the best manager of the season in the Dutch top division.
