New Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has insisted he is not a dreamer and explained why he doesn't need Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi.

The 48-year-old joined the Anfield-based club on Thursday, signing a three-year contract.
"Now we start work. I'm not a dream man, I don't want to have Cristiano or Lionel and all these players in one team," he told reporters at a press conference, as quoted by Daily Star.
"I want these guys (the current squad), it was a decision for these guys. Now we start working."
The German insisted he has full confidence in his current players and that he will strive to make them even better footballers.
"I'm here because I believe the potential of the team," he added.
"I see the team and think everything is good.
"At this moment, we're not the best team in the world, but who cares? We want to be the best team in the world.
"We have some problems and we have to solve them."
