Bayern Munich chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge feels Mohamed Salah's achievements can be compared to what Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have done in Spain.
The Egyptian winger joined the Reds in 2017 and has played a key role in helping the club win the UEFA Champions League, Premier League, Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup titles since.
However, Egypt legend Mohamed Aboutrika claimed that Salah was unhappy at Anfield after a recent interview in which the former Roma star spoke about the potential of joining Barcelona or Real Madrid one day.
It is seemingly because of this that Rummenigge was asked about the possibility of Bayern signing Salah in the future, but he insisted such a deal is not in his club's plans.
"What he (Salah) has achieved can be compared to what Messi and Ronaldo did with Barcelona and Real Madrid.
"At the moment, we don't plan on signing Salah, but certainly it would be an honour to have him."
