CAF Champions League trophy holders Wydad Casablanca have appointed a new manager following their 3-0 loss to FUS Rabat on Sunday.
Guardiola To Leave City Before Contract Ends?
The reigning African and Moroccan champions recently suffered their first loss of the season when they were defeated by Botola Pro log leaders FUS Rabat.
Wydad had been without a manager since the end of November, when Hussein Ammouta was sacked by club president Said Naciri, with Hassan Benabicha taking charge of the team in a caretaker capacity.
However, they now have a new permanent manager at the helm, with Tunisian tactician Mehdi Nafti set to take charge of the Red Castle.

"I am very happy and proud to join the Wydadie family. Dima Wydad," the former Levante head coach said in a video posted on Wydad's official Facebook page.
"We will need all our strength and your strength to succeed in achieving all our objectives."
The 2004 Africa Cup of Nations winner has spent a large part of his professional coaching career in Spain, managing the likes of Leganes and CD Lugo in the Segunda Division, but now finds himself in the hot seat of one of Africa's biggest clubs.
The French-born tactician will be tasked with carrying on the legacy of Walid Regragui, who led the north African outfit to their third continental crown when they defeated Al Ahly in last season's Champions League final.

The league title will also be a massive priority as the Botola Pro champions currently find themselves in second place, three points behind the team that inflicted their first defeat of the season on them on the weekend.
Nafti's first match in charge as Wydad head coach will be against Chabab Mohammedia in the Moroccan top flight this Thursday.
