Former Orlando Pirates coach Milutin "Micho" Sredojevic suffered a painful family heartbreak over the weekend when his mother passed away.

The Serbian tactician's mother, Rada, died at the age of 70, the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) confirmed via a statement on Sunday.
"I have remained just with best memories of herself in my heart, mind and soul with the best ingredients being the values she engraved in me," the Zambia coach told FAZ.
"My mother will forever (live) inside me and whatever I did in African football I owe it to her."
FAZ president Andrew Kamanga expressed his condolences for the 50-year-old, who was appointed as Zambia coach in February.
"Losing a loved one, especially one as close as a mother, is very saddening. We mourn with coach Micho who has lived with the Zambian family for almost four months and has become a member of our football family," he said.
"We extend a warm hand to him and his family and pray that God may ease the pain. On our part, we will do our best to ensure that we ease the burden of the loss."
Micho took up the Chipolopolo mantle on 3 February, but is yet to take charge of a match due to the postponement of international games because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Serbian left Pirates in August 2019, citing his mother's health issues as reason. However, he had a brief stint with Zamalek between August and December 2019, during which he lifted the Egyptian Cup.
