The Orange Boys have been on a tear both domestically and continentally this season. Moin Chaabani’s charges comfortably won the Botola Pro Inwi and have only lost one match in CAF competition thus far — their semi-final second leg against CS Constantine.
After winning the league for the first time in the club’s history, the 2024/25 Moroccan champions will now be looking to make more history by winning a third Confederation Cup. However, in their way stands Davids’ Simba.
The South African needed to defeat Stellenbosch FC to make it to the club’s first final appearance in the competition, but the Capetonian claims he is coming up against a scary team.
"We must first analyse our team's performance, what good performance we gave in the last match, and how we can manage the matches better, because football in Africa depends on momentum, how to manage matches, when you are superior, and how to exploit the available opportunities,” the Reds of Msimbazi boss told Pan Africa Football.
"Of course, we know when to defend and how to be disciplined, because they are scary on their home field in Berkane."
