Tanzania international Clement Mzize has enjoyed a strong season with Dar es Salaam giants Young Africans.
The 21-year-old scored in the Tanzanian Premier League title-deciding victory against Simba SC, and he also found the back of the net this past weekend in the Federation Cup final against Singida Black Stars.
Despite his successful spell at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium, he has alluded to the fact that he is interested in leaving the home of the record league winners.
Mzize has been linked with the likes of the Glamour Boys, Wydad Athletic Club, and Zamalek, with the Moroccan side even believed to have submitted a bid at the beginning of the year. It remains to be seen whether a club can agree terms with Yanga, but it seems the young attacker is receptive to a move.
“I've had a great season – winning the Premier League and scoring in the derby,” Mzize told members of the media, according to The Guardian.
“It's an immense feeling, and I’m grateful to be here. It’s true that I’ve received offers, but as a player, I can’t disclose them.”

“Of course, I want to explore new opportunities to grow my career. I’ve had wonderful moments at Young Africans, and as I’ve mentioned, I’m still under contract. So, everything will be handled through my management, and we’ll see what happens next.”
