Tunisia 1-0 Equatorial Guinea

Tunisia maintained their 100 percent winning record at the top of Group H after a narrow 1-0 win over Equatorial Guinea at Stade Olympique Hammadi Agrebi.

After a goalless first stanza, Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane broke the deadlock for the Carthage Eagles eight minutes before time and that secured them victory.

Namibia 1-1 Liberia

Namibia's perfect start in Group H came to an end after a 1-1 draw against Liberia at Orlando Stadium.

The PSL contingent of the likes of Deon Hotto of Orlando Pirates, goalkeeper Lloyd Kazapua of Chippa United and AmaZulu's Riaan Hanamub were in the line-up for the Brave Warriors.

Tjipenandjambi Karuuombe gave Namibia an early lead but Terry Sackor salvaged a point for Liberia with the equaliser in the last 25 minutes.

Central African Republic 1-0 Chad

Central African Republic bagged their first victory in Group I after edging Chad 1-0 at Municipal Stadium of Oujda.

Venuste Baboula broke the deadlock for CAR on the half-hour mark and that was enough to bag them their first three-point haul.

Togo 1-1 South Sudan

Togo drew their third successive game in Group B after a 1-1 draw against South Sudan at Stade de Kégué.

After a goalless first stanza, Khaled Narey broke the deadlock for the Sparrowhawks on the hour-mark.

However, an own goal by Roger Aholou in the last 22 minutes ensured the sides shared the spoils.

Sierra Leone 2-1 Djibouti

Sierra Leone picked up their first win in Group A after a narrow 2-1 victory over Djibouti Ben M'Hamed El Abdi Stadium.

Curtis Davies opened the scoring for the Leone Stars just after 12 minutes and Gabriel Dadzie equalised for the visitors ten minutes before the break.

However, Augustus Kargbo restored the lead and ultimately the winner for Stars early in the second stanza.
