Senegal secured top spot in Group C after defeating Guinea 2-0 on Tuesday night.

The defending champions had already booked their spot in the knockout round after defeating Cameroon but they had top spot and a perfect record in their sight.
The first half proved to be quite a feisty affair, which included a couple bust ups between the two sides although clear-cut chances were hard to come by.
The deadlock was broken on the hour mark when Abdoulaye Seck lost his marker to powerfully head home a free-kick from Krépin Diatta.
The defending champions sealed the win late on as Iliman Ndiaye was slipped through on goal down the right before calmly slotting into the far corner.
Gambia 2-3 Cameroon
Cameroon booked their spot in the round of 16 after defeating Gambia 3-2 in their final Group C clash.
Rigobert Song surprisingly dropped goalkeeper Andre Onana as Fabrice Ondoa made his second start for the Indomitable Lions.
Song also recalled Karl Toko-Ekambi and Jule Ntcham as they looked for their first win of the tournament after losing to Senegal over the weekend.
These two sides last met at the previous Cup of Nations, where Cameroon walked away with the win thanks to a brace from Toko-Ekambi.
Toko-Ekambi would go on to make an impact once again as he opened the scoring ten minutes after the break with his first goal of the tournament.
Gambia turned the game around when Ablie Jallow equalised on 72 minutes, before Ebrima Colley bagged the third goal with five minutes left on the clock.
However, Christopher Wooh put Cameroon back in the driving seat after getting what proved to be the winning goal 91st minute, which sealed their spot in the round of 16 after clinching second spot.
