Zlatan Shows Off His 50 New Tattoos

Swedish midfielder Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored in Paris Saint-Germain's draw with Caen this weekend, but what made this so news worth is that he revealed some new ink.

In support of the United Nations World Food Program (WFP), Ibrahimovic decided to have 50 names of people that depended on the program tattooed on his upper body.

The WFP help around 805 million hungry people from all around the world and the 50 names Zlatan chose to tattoo on his body are supposed to help highlight the worst humanitarian crises in this day and age.

Zlatan explained why he thought it was important for him to get involved and help support the program.

"Wherever I go people recognise me, call my name, cheer for me," Zlatan told reporters, according to the Daily Mail.

"But there are names no one cares to remember, that no one cheers for: the 805m people suffering from hunger in the world today.

"I have the supporters all over the world, from now on I want this support to go to the people who suffer from hunger and they are the real champions.

"So whenever you hear my name, you will think of their names."

The tattoos are temporary ones and the names that were marked on his body symbolise the fact that it's a crises affecting people all over the world.

The names he selected were the likes of Carmen, Mariko, Antoine, Lida, Rahma and Yaae.
