SuperSport United announced that Siyabonga Nhlapo has completed his Advanced Diploma in Sports Management.
The experienced defender completed his qualification at the Vaal University of Technology (VUT), a good move that could help him after his playing days.

Nhlapo joins a list of PSL legends who obtained their degrees during their time in the league.
Nhlapo Graduates
VUT's Spring graduation took place this week with Nhlapo's Matsatsantsa congratulating him on their social media pages.
It's an admiral effort by the 33-year-old, who's giving himself a solid back up plan and extra bit of security after he retires.
The former Bidvest Wits player has always been praised by fans for being well spoken in his interactions with the media.
Nhlapo was congratulated by fellow experienced full-back Ramahlwe Mphahlele on Instagram who simply said, "Congrats Siya".

Nhlapo isn't the first baller to further their studies while balancing a football career.

Former Sundowns star Percy Tau has a Bachelor of Commerce qualification from UNISA and still has a long way to go before hanging up his boots.

AmaZulu's veteran striker Lehlohonolo Majoro has a Radiography Diploma from The University Of Johannesburg and is among other former Kaizer Chiefs stars such as; Siboniso Gaxa, Tefu Mashamaite, Tsepo Masilela and Jimmy Tau who all have qualifications behind them.
