FC Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi is said to be one of the most private footballers in the game, and he rarely gives fans glimpses into his personal life. However, a rare image of Messi began floating on social media recently. Did you see it?
An image featuring Messi and his wife Antonella Roccuzzo when the Argentina talisman was just 10 years old was recently uncovered by Argentine-based publication La Capital, with The Sun reporting that it took the newspaper some three years to find.
The picture was taken at a holiday resort called Punta Mogotes, and in it, Messi and Antonella can be seen having some fun on a beach with some other kids.
Antonella's parents reportedly took the pair, along with some Messi's teammates at the time, to the resort, with the Barca star's parents staying at home.
La Capital journalist Bruno Verdenelli said that the image was sent to him by one of Messi's former teammates.
