The Orlando Pirates winger joins the likes of Real Madrid's Ronaldo, who has the best rating card (94) in the game with his dribbling skills set at 90, as well as Manchester United's Paul Pogba, and the world's most expensive player, Neymar.
Rakhale, who was the only South African to make the list last year, has reappeared in the prestigious category once again this year.

The Bucs man boasts an overall rating of 70, with his pace and dribbling being his strongest asset of 75 and 74 respectively.
Last year, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates were the only two South African clubs to be featured in the game, and it remains to be seen whether or not Mamelodi Sundowns will be added after their exploits in Africa last year.
