We are indeed going through a difficult course at the moment, and there is no one, from the management nor the tactical team, that has come out to explain the current situation.
Naturally, as fans, we begin to ask ourselves questions. We are in need of answers, and one image that comes to mind, is the man in the famous pink shirt, Dutch legend Ruud Krol.
Fellow Bucs, we had a system that was working around September, and the team was creating and scoring opportunities very well, but the coach changed it all. Now, the team is not doing well, and he's not answering to his decisions.
Under Krol, we used to go through tough times, but he always had explanations to every situation… He would promise us change, and he delivered on his promises.
No one in the club, not even the coach, is answering as to why we are doing so badly at the moment. No one is explaining why players like Tlou Segolela, Rooi Mahamutsa, Happy Jele and, lately, Mpho Makola aren't featuring regularly in our games…
Segolela was a very vital member of Ruud Krol's successful team, and had been a very loyal player to both Pirates and our Chairman, Dr. Irvin Khoza.
Mabhakaniya, isn't time we get answers from the management and tactical team? And if they aren't sure of what to do, then shouldn't we get someone like Ruud Krol, with a proven track record of accountability, to take-over?
These are just my thoughts anyway…
