In the final few days of the transfer window, Orlando Pirates announced the arrival of two new additions to the squad, but how much do you think was spent on them? Let's take a look!
The Buccaneers had been very quiet throughout the transfer window, with their Soweto neighbours in Kaizer Chiefs and Gauteng rivals Mamelodi Sundowns making all the noise. However, this past week, they have welcomed the arrival of two new additions in the shape of Xola Mlambo and Augustine Mulenga.
The arrival of Mlambo from Bidvest Wits was initially thought to form part of a potential swap deal, which would see Abbubaker Mobara head the other way to Bidvest Wits, but it was soon confirmed that the deal was a standalone transfer.

According to Transfermarkt, the 26-year-old's net worth is said to be worth R2.6 million – a figure truly affordable by the club.
The following day, after the midfielder's arrival, Zambian attacker Mulenga was welcomed at Mayfair too.
The 28-year-old joins the Bucs on the back of a solid CHAN tournament in Morocco, but with him being an unknown talent outside of his home country, he couldn't have cost Pirates much. Not even Transfermarkt has a value for him.
In addition, the arrivals of Diamond Thopola and Phetso Maphanga were swap deals for Thabo Rakhale, meaning it is likely that no money was spent either.
So, if Pirates were to have splashed some dough on the two of these players, it couldn't have cost them more than R3 million. However, none of this is confirmed, and it's purely speculated based on the market value of the player and the history of Mulenga.
Do you think Pirates did some good business?
