Gone are the days where football players and managers could get away with doing things they wanted to do in public without some backlash directed at them, and this is probably why many of these coaches above aren't pictured too often with a smoke in the hand.
It seems that in the 80's and 90's having a cigarette was a norm before, after and even during a game, but did it portray a good message to younger players?
