Mario Balotelli doesn't often show his soft side, but he did on Thursday when he paid tribute to his adopted mom in a simple yet loving way. Check it out.
The on-loan AC Milan striker posted a Throwback Thursday moment on Instagram of himself embracing his mom after Italy progressed to the final of the 2012 European Championship.
This celebration came after Balotelli had scored two brilliant goals to help Italy beat Germany in the semi-final of the tournament, and he ran into his mom's open arms in tears.
Nearly four years have passed since that evening in Warsaw, Poland, but Balotelli hasn't forgotten it.
