Juventus 2-0 Manchester City

Manchester City extended their winless run in the UEFA Champions League three matches after a 2-0 loss away to Juventus on Wednesday night.

Ederson returned in goals for the Citizens after being dropped for the last few games, while Jack Grealish and Jeremy Doku were also recalled at the expense of Matheus Nunes and Savinho.

After a goalless first half, Juventus broke the deadlock in the 53rd minute when Dusan Vlahovic rose above his marker to head home from close range, with the goal-line technology confirming the goal.

The hosts went on to grab a second goal in the 76th minute as Timothy Weah did well to pick out substitute Weston McKennie, who found the back of the net with an acrobatic volley.

Borussia Dortmund 2-3 Barcelona

FC Barcelona moved up to second spot on the League Phase table after defeating Borussia Dortmund 3-2 on Wednesday evening.

Blaugrana's top scorer Robert Lewandowski lined up against his former side in the attack as Hansi Flick named an unchanged startling line-up from the draw against Real Betis over the weekend.

The visitors took the lead in the 52nd minute when Dani Olmo's defence-splitting pass sent Raphinha through on goal and the latter calmly slotted home.

Dortmund weren't behind for too long as Serhou Guirassy got his fourth goal of the tournament after converting a penalty on the hour mark.

Ferran Torres looked to have given Barcelona the lead in the 75th minute, but Guirassy got his second of the night to bring Dortmund level three minutes later.

Barcelona had the final say when Torres completed his brace ten minutes later after being set up by Lamine Yamal.

Arsenal 3-0 AS Monaco

Arsenal proved too strong for Ligue 1 side AS Monaco after recording a 3-0 win at the Emirates Stadium.

Gabriel Jesus was given the nod upfront ahead of Kai Havertz while Mikel Merino and 18-year-old Myles Lewis-Skelly were also brought back into the side by Mikel Arteta.

The Gunners got the breakthrough ten minutes before the halftime break, as Jesus drove into the box before picking out Bukayo Saka, who tapped home at the far post.

The night belonged to Saka, who went on to double the lead in the 78th minute before he turned provider to set up Havertz for the third goal.

AC Milan 2-1 Red Star

AC Milan registered a third straight win in the Champions League after defeating Red Star.

The home side took the lead just before the halftime break when Youssouf Fofana's ball over the top found Rafael Leao, who took one touch before rifling the ball home.

Nemanja Radonjic pulled Red Star level in the 67th minute, but Tammy Abraham came off the bench to bag the winning goal in the 87th minute.

Other results:

Atletico Madrid 3-1 Slovan

Lille 3-2 Sturm

Benfica 0-0 Bologna

Feyenoord 4-2 Sparta Prague

Stuttgart 5-1 Young Boys
