The story
SuperSport United youngster Shandre Campbell sat down with Goal South Africa to speak on his taste in music, which seems to be heavily inspired by his parents.
The sharp winger is reportedly closing in on a potential move to Europe, with Belgian side Club Brugge, said to be the most recent European outfit to enquire about the teenager's availability.
While many would argue that 18-year-olds in this country listen to predominately Amapiano and Hip-Hop, Campbell prefers some golden RB oldies.
"For my age, I listen to old music, actually. A lot of love songs also I won't even lie. My favourite song has to be 'Anniversary' (by Tony! Toni! Toné!). I love the song, I always used to listen to it with my parents. I also like 'Nobody' by Keith [Sweat], I like 'Age of Miracles' [by Dionne Warwick]," reveals Campbell, admitting that he also has love for the Amapiano genre.
"Modern songs, I also like Amapiano you know. I like Shakes Les and DJ Maphorisa. I like Shakes Les' 'Funk Series' and I enjoy all of Maphorisa songs," added Campbell.
