Makhubedu Reveals Message From Sekhukhune After Coaching Changes

Sekhukhune United Interim coach MacDonald Makhubedu has revealed the message he got from the club after Brandon Truter's reported departure.

Babina Noko were without Brandon Truter on the bench for the first time since reports emerged that he has been relieved of his duties.

Makhubedu has seemingly placed in charge on an interim basis, but suffered a 1-0 defeat to Orlando Pirates on Tuesday evening.

When asked about the coaching situation, the interim coach told SuperSport, "No, I think that's for management and also we have a good team. As the technical team we have done well since pre-season," he said.

"On that one I don't know, it's for management also. I can't answer that, they just told us to make sure that the team is stronger. We keep the performance we're having.

"We'll do well, there are positives. We're trying our best. We try to dominate, to boss opponents, so that's my job for now until whatever bit I can't answer that, the movements, it's for the management to answer.

"What I can say is that I have to make sure that the team moves in a positive direction, bring good performance, make sure the squad is happy, works more harder.

"What we have to do is to focus on the next game, off the field issues is for the office to address it," he added.
