Fresh from their recent MTN8 triumph before the FIFA international break, the Buccaneers will be back in action today with a Carling Knockout Last 16 fixture against Cape Town Spurs at Orlando Stadium.

Earlier in the week, Pirates coach Jose Riveiro confirmed that Lepasa had injury concerns before being called up for Bafana Bafana for recent international friendlies against Eswatini and Ivory Coast respectively.
It had previously been confirmed from Bafana's medical department that the striker had been struggling with a knee injury which led to his exclusion against Ivory Coast.

With Bucs aiming for a perfect start in the recently launched PSL competition, indications are that the team's top goalscorer remains doubtful because of the troublesome knee.
According to insiders, both Lepasa and Maela have not yet been 100% fit as Bucs wrapped up preparations for the week, with Riveiro left with some tough decisions to make.
