What's the story?

Maskandi superstar Khuzani Mpungose gave a special half-time performance when Kaizer Chiefs took on Chippa United at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Mpungose, who also performed at another DStv Premiership match over the weekend, wowed the Khosi Nation and danced alongside club official.

Maskandi joy for Khosi Nation Jessica Motaung

In true KwaZulu Natal fashion, there was Maskandi being played at Amakhosi's DStv Premiership opener against the Chilli Boys.

Maskandi sensation Khuzani Mpungose took to Instagram to share some footage of his half-time performance, which sent the Khosi Nation at the stadium into raptures.

Mpungose was surprisingly joined by Chiefs' marketing director Jessica Motaung, who joyously danced with the Maskandi extraordinaire and both were seen holding up the piece sign to show their love to the Soweto giants.

Although Chiefs fans would have left the stadium disappointed with a goalless draw against Morgan Mammila's outfit, they at least got their entertainment from a lively half-time show:

Mpungose was booked and busy over the weekend, after performing at the Harry Gwala Stadium during the first KZN derby of the season between Royal AM and AmaZulu, that also ended goalless.
