Ronaldo Loses Cool In Saudi Arabia

Cristiano Ronaldo caused a stir in Saudi Arabia this past Friday after throwing water at a cameraman.

Cristiano Ronaldo caused a major stir in Saudi Arabia recently when he lost his temper following his team's 0-0 draw in the Arab Club Champions Cup and threw water at a cameraman.

Al Nassr returned to competitive action last week Friday, drawing 0-0 with fellow Saudi side Al Shabab at the King Fahd Stadium.

The team's captain, Ronaldo, started the match on the bench and was unable to impact the score when he was introduced in the 62nd minute.

Annoyed following the full-time whistle, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner left the field gesturing angrily at an Al Nassr staff member, but it was his treatment of a cameraman that has earned him unwanted attention.

The Daily Express reports that the ex-Manchester United No. 7 sprayed water in a cameraman's direction, before appearing to order him to leave the position he was standing in.

Al Nassr will take on US Monastir in their next game in the competition on Monday night.

Ronaldo scored 14 goals in 19 appearances in his debut campaign in the Middle East as his side finished second in the Saudi Pro League and failed to win any silverware.
