Bayern 'Ready' Next Big-Money Kane Bid

Bayern Munich are now reportedly prepared to offer Tottenham Hotspur a club-record transfer fee for striker Harry Kane.

Talks between the Bavarian giants and their English counterparts remain ongoing as Die Roten look to step up their efforts up to secure Kane's signature.

According to Kicker, the German champions are now ready to spend over €100 million (R1.9 billion) for England's all-time top goalscorer.

The record Bundesliga winners have already seen two bids rejected, but even with rumours claiming that Paris Saint-Germain are still in the race to sign the attacker, Bayern seem confident in their ability to get the deal over the line.

The German publication also claimed that the club's chiefs, specifically CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen and president Herbert Hainer, are aware that this will be the most expensive deal in the club's history and will consequently remain patient in the matter.

They are said to regard Kane as an absolute priority, and are thus willing to give the green light to the hefty fee being suggested.

The London native's representatives and the six-time European champions are rumoured to have already agreed personal terms, and with Spurs' owner Joe Lewis seemingly not keen to leave €100 million on the table, the German giants are optimistic the deal could soon be done.
