The Selecao hosted the Lions of Teranga in an international friendly at the Estadio Jose Alvalade in Portugal, with 35 000 people showing up for the encounter.

West Ham United midfielder Lucas Paqueta opened the scoring in the 11th minute for the five-time world champions, but Brazil surprisingly found themselves 3-1 down just moments after the break.

Strasbourg winger Habibou Diallo, 28, equalised for Senegal after 22 minutes, and then Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos scored an own goal six minutes after half-time.

Soon after that, Mane added a third for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations winners, and, after Marquinhos pulled one back for his country 58 minutes into the tie, the Bayern Munich superstar struck a second deep into added time from the penalty spot.
