Pep Makes History After Guiding Man City To Treble

The Citizens secured their first Champions League crown after defeating Inter Milan 1-0 in the final on Saturday, with Rodri getting the all important winner in the second half.

Guardiola managed to get his hand on the trophy at the second time of asking with City after their loss to Chelsea in the 2021 final.

However, the Spaniard has now become the first manager in European history to win the treble with two different clubs.

Guardiola also won the treble in his first season with FC Barcelona where they defeated Manchester United in the 2009 Champions League final.

The Spanish tactician now has three Champions League titles to his name and moved level with Zinedine Zidane and Bob Paisley, while Carlo Ancelotti leads the way with four titles.
