Contacted for comment on the player's future, his agent Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi of Rush Hour Sports Management confirmed that they are assessing options for an appropriate move for the highly-rated player.

"We are currently assessing options for Lebogang Mabotja and soon a decision will be made regarding his next move. As the player's agent, I can confirm that he hasn't signed with any club. I was surprised when I was told by somebody that he heard Lebo signed with Royal AM. That's news to us as we are still deciding on where he should go for next season," said Mulovhedzi.
