Orlando Pirates' Thembinkosi Lorch has been proving his doubters wrong since his return from injury with his performances suggesting that there are no longer question marks regarding his future.
Following the long injury lay-off that kept the Bafana Bafana international on the sidelines between August and February, the 29-year-old star has come back strong, to show what coach Jose Riveiro and the team have been missing in his absence.

Lorch showed his class again at the weekend as he scored one of the goals when the Buccaneers defeated Chippa United 2-0 at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium to keep their hopes of finishing in second place on the DStv Premiership log alive.
The attacker has now scored three goals from 13 appearances in all competitions and has been showing signs of regaining his confidence and form.
Earlier in the season, the player had been linked with a potential move away from Bucs, with the indications at the time that Mamelodi Sundowns had been keeping a close eye on him.

However, with his latest performances, Lorch is proving to those who questioned his commitment that he remains loyal to the team as one of the senior players.
The talented player has been on Pirates' books since 2015, having joined from then third tier side Maluti FET College.
While there has been no official confirmation from the Soweto giants on the player's contract situation, indications are that his current deal will run until June 2024, as previously reported by the Siya crew and is unlikely to leave the club any time soon.
