Tyson Celebrates His Career Through Art

SuperSport United defender Thulani Hlatshwayo showcased a career commemorating painting that he recently commissioned.

Check it out!

What's the story?

Veteran defender Thulani 'Tyson' Hlatshwayo shared a new painting that takes you through the journey of his fruitful career in local football.

The 33-year-old is heading into the Twilight years of his career and seems to be getting nostalgic if his recent art purchase is anything to go by.

Let's take a closer look...

Hlatshwayo's painting

A seemingly excited Hlatshwayo took to Instagram to share an awesome new painting that depicts him representing current club and former teams and Bafana Bafana.

The Ajax Cape Town Academy graduate has plied his trade for four separate clubs in his career spanning back from 2009.

He's donned the jerseys of Ajax Cape Town (now Cape Town Spurs), Bidvest Wits, Orlando Pirates and now SuperSport United.

Tyson captained Bafana Bafana at AFCON 2019, accumulating 50 appearances for the national team.

The astute pro is rightfully proud of his career accomplishments so far and commissioned a sort-of career commemorative artwork from an artist named Brino Flavour, who also happens to be a filmmaker on hit TV series 'Gomora'.
