It seems that the superstar Frenchman has become disillusioned with his time in the French capital and wants out of the Parc des Princes during the off season.
The 24-year-old is eager on a move to Real Madrid and is hoping PSG are willing to transfer-list him once the 2022/23 campaign comes to an end.
For the entirety of last season, Los Blancos were courting the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner as he ran down his contract. While it was largely expected that Mbappe would sign for the reigning Spanish and European champions, the attacker decided against making the move and ultimately ended up extending his stay with Les Parisiens.
According to Marca, shortly after inking his two-year extension, Mbappe and his representatives sounded out to Los Merengues to see if they would sign the France international but Real were non-committal. The LaLiga giants did mention that, if they were to sign the forward, he would have to reduce his financial expectations and have a change of attitude.

Despite Mbappe's desire for a move to the Santiago Bernabeu, the same report suggests that Real have shifted focus to acquiring the services of Erling Haaland in 2024 with the Norwegian said to be available for €200 million (R3.8 billion).
