According to journalist Ben Jacobs, however, the speculation could soon be put to rest as he claims the United No. 10 is determined to remain at the Red Devils beyond 2024.
This is said to have left United feeling confident a new deal can be struck during the off-season, with an extension likely to come with a significant pay rise for the forward.
