"I can tell you know that he could leave as early as June this year if all goes well. As to where will he go will depend on which team tables the best offer to Pirates," a source revealed to the Siya crew.

"But some representatives of the team interested in him are supposed to come this weekend and watch the Soweto Derby where he is expected to play. They have watched him play against Mamelodi Sundowns and other teams and now they want to see how he can perform in a derby. But they are seriously interested in him. That I can confirm with you."

Saleng has a three-year contract with a two-year option which he signed in 2021 when he joined the team from Free State Stars where he was the then GladAfrica top goalscorer with 16 goals that season.

He joined Stars from Orbit College in 2019.

The 24year-old has been one of the outstanding players for the Buccaneers this season.
