Ancelotti To Become Brazil's Manager? Italian Responds

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has spoken about the rumours linking him with the Brazil job following Tite's departure after the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Mbappe Speaks For The First Time After World Cup Defeat

After the Selecao's disappointing end to the tournament in Qatar, it was confirmed that the experienced Tite would be stepping down from the role, with his contract having expired.

Tite was unable to deliver international football's most prestigious prize to Brazil after his men were knocked out of the competition following a penalty shootout defeat to Croatia at the quarter-final stage.

Since the 61-year-old's departure, Los Blancos' Ancelotti has emerged as a potential target for the Brazilian Football Confederation.

The Italian, however, has insisted he would only leave his current club if he was sacked before his contract expires in two years' time.

"Coaching Brazil? I don't know what will happen in the future, I live in the moment," he told Radio Anch'io Sport.

"I'm older and I feel good in Madrid, we still have many goals to achieve.

"There is time to think about the future. I have a contract that ends in 2024 and if Real Madrid don't sack me before then, I'm not going to move."

Mourinho 'Conflicted' Over Portugal Job

Ancelotti, 63, is widely considered to be one of football's most successful coaches, having claimed an impressive 23 trophies in his managerial career to date.
