Former Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly been offered massive money to play his football outside of Europe for the first time in his life.

Spanish publication AS has claimed that Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr have made the player a contract offer worth a stunning €225 million (R3.9 billion).
The deal would run for three seasons, until Ronaldo turns 40 years old, with the money more than triple what he was said to be earning in the Premier League.
Al-Nassr were reportedly interested in signing Ronaldo during his attempt to leave the Red Devils at the start of the 2022/23 campaign, before the player ultimately decided to continue in England.
However, his frustration at United grew, and he publicly slated the 20-time English champions in an explosive interview with British broadcaster Piers Morgan.
Ronaldo's comments led to the club cancelling his contract by way of mutual termination, with the 37-year-old currently a free agent.
Clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid have been linked with the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's signature, although it appears unlikely either of those sides will move for him at this time.

Ronaldo scored in Portugal's opening match of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, a 3-2 win over Ghana, and is expected to captain his country against Uruguay on Monday night.
